years of Residential Remodeling experience. Owner Mario M. Esteves, Jr. was born and raised in
San Antonio, TX. Mario grew up in a family that was filled with Master Tradesmen. Their
talents derived from a Grandfather who was the epitome of a Master Tradesman. Each family member grew
up learning a trade that was taught by their grandfather. Mario's own father ensured that everything
he knew he taught Mario and always conveyed that nothing should compromise hard work and dedication. There
was always something to build or fix while growing up in San Antonio.

Lance Herst is a native Texan who is married to Paige Herst. Together
Lance and Paige are the proud parents of three beautiful girls, Haley, Savannah and Bridget. Lance and the "Your
Space Team" are located near Rome, Georgia and service the entire Atlanta, GA. area.
